If you are looking for a budget set of pastel tone pencils then these are good. They are soft, which means that the tips can crumble when very pointy and they can sometimes break in the sharpener (use a really sharp blade and turn the sharpener not the pencil to avoid this). However, in my experience, if you want a soft pencil, this is the price you have to pay. There is a lovely range of pastel colours, just missing browns in my opinion. A few are a bit neon, but again most pastel sets have this problem and they are good value for money.
Excellent color pencils is very pleasant. The mines are greasy and the colors are very bright despite their "pale" of very good pencils to make soft and delicate colorings. I highly recommend
