The watercolors are precious. This set is perfect. I switched from a cheap liquid version to this palette and am so glad I did. The metallics take longer to rehydrate, but the color and consistency is very nice. A little does goes a long way with these. Make sure you get quality paper to paint with.
Very nice! Ordering new colors. Dried fantastic in a pallet. This tin alone would be worth the purchase price, so the fact that you're receiving the tin, 48 paints, 3 paintbrushes, 2 water brushes, and several sheets of watercolor paper in addition is just that much more of a bonus. The paint re-wets really easily and looks nice on watercolor paper. They are not chalky, and the metallic pans are just beautiful. Again, you can't go wrong with this set as the tin alone is worth the purchase price, and in my opinion, the paints are really easy to work with. I don't know about their lightfastness ratings, so for now, I would suggest you work with them in sketchbooks only.

Great pigment. Blend well. Nice selection of colors. The paints are very bright and pigmented, as you can see in the photo of the painting.
Very beautiful paint, rewets easilyt, spreads great, the dispersing pigments look awesome.
